Next Day Delivery
As standard we offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £99.99 to all UK mainland addresses (excluding UK ISLES, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highlands & Scottish Isles) on all products. Delivery outside of mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. If your order value is less than £99.99 excluding VAT there is a carriage charge of £9.95 for 1st 10kilo and then 0.85p per extra kilo.
You will be notified of the carriage amount and will at that point be able to make a decision as to whether you wish to proceed with your order or claim a refund.
Under normal circumstances, the vast majority of orders received by 11am on a working day will be dispatched the same day on a standard next working day delivery service to UK mainland addresses. Our standard next working day delivery does not guarantee next day delivery; however every effort is made by us and the courier to achieve this goal.
Orders taken on Friday after 11am, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery within terms stated above. If you order by Midday but need a next morning delivery there may be a carriage charge of £25.00.
If you need a Saturday delivery there is a charge of £30.00 but your order must be placed on Friday by 11am.
Deliveries to UK ISLES, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highlands & Scottish Isles require 2 working days’ notice with all orders to be placed by 11am. Deliveries will be charged £6.99 per parcel.
Note: Estimated delivery times are calculated from the time ‘Orders’ are despatched. Orders are generally processed & ready to be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment/order placement.
Same day delivery
Along with couriers we use our own fleet which give us edge over our competitors and give us an advantage to deliver same day deliveries within London borough of Ealing*. Our drivers worked throughout the night and complete customer deliveries; hence we would request a key access to your shop or allocated space where we can leave the goods. You must have a trade account with us to qualify for same day service and you must send us your orders by 10am to avail this service. As soon as you sent us the order; our team will be in touch to confirm the delivery timings, there is no extra charges but if your order is under £99.99 excluding Vat – normal delivery charge applies.
Palletise Delivery
To give our customers the best possible service we use a number of different delivery solutions depending on the size and nature of your order as well as your location and the cost of transportation. The main factor is, of course, the size of your order and whether it needs to be palletised or it can be delivered as a consignment of boxes which is 9.95 for 10kg and 0.85p each for extra kilo. While there are some exceptions, and we strive to be flexible whenever we can, deliveries above 100kg total product weight will be palletised. Below this weight orders will be delivered in boxes unless there are advantages in palletising the goods (e.g. for some overseas shipments) or the nature of the goods (e.g. fragile glass bottles) dictates the added protection of palletising is required.
We offer 2 – 4 day service to most of the Europe and United Kingdom; all prices will be quoted upon order. Please note these consignments are curb side deliveries and the driver will not assist the recipient unloading and disposing of any packaging.
Shipments sent outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
All pallet deliveries are classed as Palletise deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your property. If the location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, or any other obstruction, delivery will either be rescheduled or made as near to your property as possible. Please note delivery drivers are NOT insured to take the goods inside your property, nor will they be able to take palletised deliveries up a flight of stairs to a property. We strongly advise that at least two people are available to accept the delivery and carry the goods inside. You will be notified by email if your order is to be palletised.
