No. Our products
are sold to a range of businesses, including cafes, hotels, take away shops,
fast food outlets, clubs, pubs, bistros, coffee bean distributors, car wash
businesses, cleaning contractors, education providers, catering companies,
offices, personal or home use & more!
Is there a
warranty with the product?
Yes. If the goods received are defective or damaged, a full refund or
replacement will be provided. Please note that products may be returned due to
change of mind or incorrect choices, for more information go to Refunds and Returns
deliver to a PO Box?
we cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please note: If your restaurant/Shop is not open
during normal business hours, we can leave the goods in a safe place on the
premises, or can deliver to a residential address.
“Dispatched within 48hrs or Deliveries Free” will I receive my goods in 48
No, “Dispatched within 48hrs or Deliveries Free” means we will process
and pack your order/s and have it ready for pickup (by the courier companies
within 48hrs). If we have not done this by then, you will be sent
a Free Delivery Coupon by email to use on your next purchase. This

What if the
restaurant is not open when the goods are delivered?
your restaurant is not open during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm),
you must provide alternative delivery instructions at the time of placing the
order e.g. authority to leave if unattended, permission to deliver to a neighbour
or a home address. A failure to do so may result in delays & the imposition
of a redelivery fee if the transport company is forced to attempt another
How long does
We use a network of APC couriers to get your order to you as soon as
possible. If you place your order .i.e. Monday and need delivery on Tuesday
(Next day) we can arrange this for you but there will be an extra charge and
your order must be with us before 10am (on Monday) for next day delivery. If
you not in rush; most of our orders are dispatched a very next day with 2 -3
days delivery time window.

How can I check the status of my
We use APC couriers, so you will be provided with the Tracking order
number and the link where you can go and check the status of your delivery. All
of our orders are handled by APC Courier who ensures the prompt deliveries for
our orders. As a general rule, orders are dispatched within 36 hours of
receipt. If your restaurant is located in a London city area, your goods will
be delivered within 1-3 days later. For further information on estimated

How do I make
payments with PayPal?
is a universally recognized payment method, which offers safety and security.
To pay using Paypal, select the “paypal” option on the checkout screen.
Following this you will be redirected to Paypal’s website to complete the
transaction. If you have an existing Paypal account, you will be prompted to
enter your username and password, & finalise the payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
not accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Electronic Funds
transfer (EFT) and Cheque, but we only accept Paypal where you can make
payments using these cards. Orders will be processed immediately after payment
has been received.
How do I get a tax invoice?
your order has been processed, we will email you a tax invoice and the original
copy will accompany your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
But to receive a discount on the Shipping, the minimum Total Order value must
be over £99 (ex Delivery). This allows us to apportion the shipping cost over a
larger basket of goods, thereby reducing the amount payable by our customers
and guaranteeing the most competitive prices. If your order is less the £99.00
you will be charge at standard rate of £15.95.

the page, and then find the product you are interested in purchasing. Simply
enter the quantity you wish to purchase and then click the ‘Add to Cart’
button. Once the item is added, it will appear in the cart displayed on the top
right of the page.

you’re in a rush, simply provide us with your delivery address and payment

accept payments by Paypal only where you can pay using Visa, Mastercard,
